Southern Eels Australia’s processing facility is registered for export of live eels with the Australian Commonwealth Department of Agriculture adhering to stringent Quality Control and HACCP procedures.
Our eels are free of contaminants, expertly graded and packed under hygienic conditions. They are completely natural, feeding only on naturally produced food in the wild and consume no artificial food or other contaminants. We supply export markets throughout the world, with key markets in China, South Korea and Japan. Our live eels usually are received by our customers within 30 hours of leaving our export premises in Australia.
